Desert Chic Interiors Market Readiness Evaluation & Consultation is a tool that homeowners use to sell their home quickly and for the highest possible price. We provide you with a comprehensive written report and checklist of recommendations that should be done to improve the salability of the property. Each area of your home, inside and out, is listed along with our first impression of each space. We have prioritized our recommendations to correct the problems that buyers will be noting when deciding if they should purchase your property. Estimated costs to make improvements are included after each recommendation.
Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this consultation. After the consultation, a Desert Chic Interiors folder will be sent to you. The folder will contain the written MRE (Market Readiness Evaluation), tips and tricks, an open house checklist, and other helpful information tailored to your needs.

Utilizing your existing home furnishings and accessories, Desert Chic Interiors will refresh and enhance the positive attributes of your home, focusing on key rooms, including the entry/foyer, the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. De-cluttering interior spaces, neutralizing interior colors, re-arranging furniture and artwork, adding new light fixtures and switch plates and improving lighting are just a few elements we'll add to prepare your home for a quick sale. Sometimes a few select pieces may need to be added to fill a bare space or to replace a dated or damaged piece, don't worry; we'll take care of it for you!
Complete Home Staging *prices will vary, call for a quote
With our Complete Home Staging services, we'll provide our clients with a "Model Home" affect, creating a clean, neutral and tastefully decorated environment. We'll begin with the "conditioning" process recommending cleaning, repair, painting and landscaping services if necessary. Once the house has been conditioned, Desert Chic Interiors will take care of the rest, bringing in contemporary furniture, rugs, accent pieces, bedding, linens, foliage and candles to complete the Staging process.
Hourly staging Rates
Need some help implementing our recommendations? We’ll work on your market preparation with you or do all the work for you. Desert Chic Interiors will provide you with a quote and terms will be negotiated before we get started. You can set a time limit and we’ll get as much done in the areas that will have the most impact.

• $35/ hour for shopping
• $15 / delivery of props (oversized props extra)
